§ 151.10 REQUIRED NOTICE FOR INSPECTION.

The following listed inspections are required to be made. The owner or the contractor shall request the designated inspection prior to 3:00 p.m. the day before when such inspection is to be made, (Phone: (815) 476-6644) and safe access (ladder or temporary stairs) shall be provided as per OSHA rules and regulations. An individual over the age of 18 shall be present for the inspection. Approved plans shall be on site.
