§ 112.05 FAILURE TO PAY TAX.
   If for any reason any tax is not paid when due, a penalty at the rate of two percent per month on the amount of tax which remains unpaid shall be added and collected. Whenever any person, firm or corporation shall fail to pay any tax as herein provided, upon the request of the Corporate Authorities, the Village Attorney shall bring or cause to be brought an action to enforce the payment of said tax in behalf of the village in any court of competent jurisdiction. In addition to such other relief which may be awarded, if any, there shall be awarded in such action all costs and expenses of the village, including all reasonable attorney's fees incurred by the village in bringing said action and any appeals, if any.
