§ 120.01 FEE FOR VIDEO GAMING TERMINALS.
   An annual fee in the amount of $100 is hereby imposed upon each video gaming terminal as defined by the Illinois Video Gaming Act (the “Act”). The fee shall be paid by the terminal operator as defined by the Act. The fee shall be paid for each calendar year or portion thereof without proration.
