§ 111.42 PERSONS ON PREMISES AFTER CLOSING HOURS.
   No person other than the licensee or his employees shall remain upon the licensed premises after the designated closing hour. Nothing herein contained shall be construed to prevent the licensee or his employees from remaining upon the licensed premises after the aforesaid closing hours. Should any person other than the licensee, members of his family or his employees, agent or servants be found upon or leaving the licensed premises after the closing hour, the village shall have the right to presume that such person was served alcoholic liquor after the closing hour and such presumption may be raised in any court in a proceeding for violation of the terms of this chapter or at any hearing concerning the revocation of the license issued to the licensee of the premises in question.
