§ 117.10 ISSUANCE; TERM.
   Upon payment of the license fee established in § 117.03, the Village Administrator or designee shall issue a license in the name of the owner of the business in which the device is located as licensee, authorizing the use of the device for the license period ending one year following issuance of the license.
