Application for such license shall be made to and filed with the Village President, shall be in writing, under oath and signed by the applicant, if an individual, by at least two partners if a partnership, or president and secretary if a corporation. Such application shall be accompanied by a set of inked fingerprints of the above named persons on a form as may from time to time be proscribed by the Village President. Said fingerprints shall be submitted along with a filing fee in the amount of $50 to offset the cost of processing such fingerprints. The application shall be presented no less than ten days prior to the date issuance is desired.
