§ 119.05 ISSUANCE OR DENIAL OF LICENSE.
   (A)   If, after due consideration of the information contained with the application and related investigative and inspection reports, the Village President shall determine that the application is satisfactory, the application shall be approved. Thereupon, the Village Clerk shall notify the applicant that his or her or its application is approved. The license shall be signed by the President, attested by the Clerk, and then issued to the licensee.
   (B)   If, after due consideration of the information contained within the application and related investigative and inspection reports, the Village President shall determine that matters concerning the application are unsatisfactory, the application shall be disapproved, indicating the reasons therefore. Thereupon, the Village Clerk shall notify the applicant that his or her or its application has not been approved and that no license will be issued. The applicant may appeal the decision of the Village President, within ten days of receipt thereof, by submitting a petition for appeal, in writing, to the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees may, by vote of a majority of the Trustees, reverse the decision of the Village President.
   (C)   The Village President shall act on a license application within 30 days from the date of application.
