§ 159.08 TIME FOR DETERMINATION/DENIAL.
   (A)   The village shall deny or approve a request for a tower or PWF within 45 days of the filing of a complete application. If a special use permit is required that time shall be extended to 90 days.
   (B)   Any denial of a request for a tower or PWF shall be in writing and contain a written record of the reason(s) for such denial.
