§ 159.03 APPLICABILITY.
   (A)   New towers and PWF. All new towers or PWF within the village will be subject to these regulations, except as provided in this chapter.
   (B)   Pre-existing towers or PWF. Pre-existing towers and pre-existing PWF shall not be required to meet the requirements of this chapter, other than those which specifically apply to pre-existing towers or antennas.
