§ 31.54 COMPENSATION AND EXPENSES.

The Village Administrator shall be paid such compensation as from time to time is approved by motion or resolution of the Board of Trustees and shall be reimbursed upon prior approval by the Board of Trustees for out-of-pocket expenses incurred while in the performance of duties on behalf of the village.
