§ 115.30 SEPARATION FROM SENSITIVE USES.
   (A)   No sexually oriented business shall be permitted, and no person or business entity shall operate or cause to be operated, a sexually oriented business within 1,000 feet of the property line of any property containing any other sexually oriented businesses, residences, residentially zoned districts, religious institutions, schools, day cares or other child care businesses, cemeteries, public parks or recreation areas, or any other uses which may be defined as a sensitive use in § 115.01 of this chapter.
   (B)   For the purposes of this section, the measurement of distance between properties shall be made in a straight line, without regard to intervening structures, objects or streets between the subject properties. The measurement shall begin on the property line of the property containing the proposed sexually oriented business at the point where it is nearest to the other property being measured for distance; the measurement shall end on the property line of the property containing a sensitive use at the point where it is nearest to the property containing the proposed sexually oriented business.
   (C)   In addition to the above separation requirements, sexually oriented businesses will only be permitted in areas which comply with the village's zoning ordinances.
