§ 70.04 VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO CONDUCT STATUTORY SUMMARY SUSPENSION HEARINGS.

The Village Attorney shall represent the interests of the village and conduct all statutory summary suspension hearings pursuant to ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 2-118.1,when the underlying complaint or citation giving rise to the statutory summary suspension is charged as a local ordinance violation.
