In case any licensee who has been furnished a license certificate or license insignia, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, shall lose the same, the Village Clerk shall issue a duplicate certificate or insignia upon the making of an affidavit of loss by such person and the payment of a fee of $1 to the Village Clerk.
