§ 110.16 NUMBER OF LICENSES REQUIRED.
   (A)   Except as otherwise expressly provided in this chapter to the contrary, any person licensed under this chapter to engage in a business, occupation or activity may engage in any other business, occupation or activity mentioned in this chapter on the licensed premises and in connection with licensed business, occupation or activity without obtaining and paying for any additional license therefor, provided that the fee paid for the licensed business, occupation or activity is at least equal in the amount to the highest license fee required for such other activity, occupation, or business. This section shall not be so construed as to relieve any person from complying with the regulatory requirements applicable to such other business.
   (B)   The foregoing exemption, however, shall not apply to any person engaging in the sale of cigarettes at retail or in the sale of alcoholic beverages or vending machines, and such dealer shall be required to purchase a license for such cigarette and alcoholic beverage business and vending machines, notwith-standing the fact that such person may be engaging in some other business, occupation or activity for which a license was obtained hereunder.
