§ 95.45 INSTALLATION.
   (A)   Mailboxes and their installation shall conform to the specifications of the United States Postmaster General. The mailbox shall be mounted such that the door is six inches behind the back of the curb or 24 inches from the edge of pavement on rural roads, 42 inches high and located on the side of the street as specified by the local post office. No part of the box or structure shall be closer than six inches or 24 inches as indicated above.
   (B)   Mailboxes shall not be installed within the radius of a cul-de-sac. Mailboxes serving lots fronting on the radius of a cul-de-sac shall be placed at the entrance to the cul-de-sac, the location to be approved by the Post Master and Village Building and Zoning Officer.
