§ 53.03 DEVELOPMENTS ON OR AFTER SEPTEMBER 21, 2004.
   (A)   Subject to the exemptions listed in division (B) of this section, the regulations set forth in the Will County Stormwater Management Ordinance (the WCSMO) shall apply to any development for which an application for a preliminary plat or other development activity which initiates storm water management requirements is filed on or after September 21, 2004. The WCSMO, dated November 15, 2018, and as amended from time to time, is hereby incorporated herein as if fully set forth.
   (B)   Pursuant to WCSMO § 802, the following developments shall be exempt from division (A) above:
      (1)   Perinar subdivision at about Shepley Road and Birds Bridge in Sec. 33, T35N, R9E.
      (2)   Serrano subdivision west of Quail Drive and Valley Drive in Sec. 9, T34N, R9E.
      (3)   Barr/Vav subdivision east of Bell Road and north of Route 6 in Sec. 18, T34N, R9E.
      (4)   Town Center development northwest of Bluff Road and Route 6 in Sec. 8,T34N, R9E.
      (5)   Hunters Crossing units 11 and 12 west of McKinley Woods Road and north of ComEd easement in Sec. 19, T34N, R9E.
      (6)   Riverside Industrial Park undeveloped lots.
      (7)   Channahon Industrial Park undeveloped lots.
      (8)   Corsetti property south of Roberts Avenue and northwest of Route 6 in Sec. 9, T34N, R9E.
      (9)   Marketti property north of Bluff Road and southeast of Route 6 in Sec. 8, T34N, R9E.
      (10)   Sunset Boulevard between Roberts Avenue and the south line of Sec. 5, T34N, R9E.
      (11)   Navajo Drive extension through Town Center development between Bluff Road and existing Navajo Drive.
      (12)   Channahon Middle School parking addition west of Roberts Avenue.
      (13)   Water treatment site located at water tower on McKinley Woods Road north of Old Kerry Grove Road in Sec. 19, T34N, R9E.
