(A) All persons found to have violated any provision of § 94.03 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each violation. A separate violation shall be deemed committed on each day during and on which a violation occurs or continues.

(1) Any person convicted of a violation of this chapter is guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500.
(2) The penalties prescribed in this section are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other rights, remedies and penalties which the village may otherwise seek to impose and may be available at law or in equity.
