The rules and regulations adopted by the Office of the State Fire Marshal regarding the removal of underground and aboveground storage tanks, as stated in 41 Illinois Administrative Code Ch. 1, be and the same are hereby adopted by reference and are incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this section.
