§ 31.11 APPOINTMENT OF OTHER OFFICERS.
   The Village President may, with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees, appoint such other officers as may be required or necessary under the laws of the state or as the Corporate Authorities may deem to be appropriate from time to time.
