§ 13.5/700-5 GANG SIGNS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be a violation of this subchapter for any person to display, demonstrate, or "throw" a gang sign in any public place within the village.
   (B)   Any person found to have violated this section shall be fined not less than $150 and not more than $500.
