§ 156.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with, or who resists enforcement of any provisions of this chapter, for which another penalty is not specifically provided, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense. Each day a violation is permitted to exist after notification thereof shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   The owner or tenant of any building, structure, or land, and any architect, builder, contractor, agent, or other person who commits, participates in, assists in, or maintains such violation may each be found guilty of a separate offense and suffer the penalties herein provided.
   (C)   Nothing herein contained shall prevent the village from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation.
