§ 96.05 SUSPENSION AND REINSTATEMENT.
   (A)   Suspension of a current permit shall be for the time determined appropriate by the village; however, reinstatement may be made upon conditions determined by the village and payment of all outstanding settlements or judgments. Permits may be suspended when the permittee does not comply with the terms of the permit or traffic or road conditions warrant suspension of the permit.
   (B)   The village designee shall administer and enforce this section and shall have the authority to grant, deny, suspend or reinstate permits. Any applicant or permittee denied a permit or who has had a permit suspended, upon request, shall be given a hearing before the village designee first, then the Village Administrator if the permittee is still unsatisfied.
   (C)   No permits shall be issued to an applicant or company who has outstanding fees or payments due to the village.
   (D)   The village designee shall establish a process for the issuance, suspension and revocation of permits.
