Civilian or police escorts shall be required at the discretion of the village. The total number of police officers necessary to provide for a safe move shall be determined by the Police Department. Fees for police escorts shall be in addition to the permit fees set forth herein and included in the billing, invoicing and collection of permit fees. Police escort fees shall provide for a minimum of two hours of service calculated by the most current overtime rate established by the Police Department.
