(A) Persons desiring to purchase bulk quantities of water shall apply for purchase with the Director and shall pre-pay for such quantities requested pursuant to the fees set forth in Schedule A (§ 52.140).
(B) No person shall turn on, open or tamper with any hydrants, B-boxes, corporation stops, water valves, or the like, for any purpose without the express written consent of the Director.
(C) Nothing in this section shall be construed to prevent, limit or otherwise restrict the authorized personnel of the appropriate fire protection district from utilizing the village's water distribution system and related appurtenances in the official discharge of firefighting duties.
