§ 30.14 ORDER OF BUSINESS.

   The order of business shall be as follows:

   (A)   Call to order by presiding officer;

   (B)   Pledge of allegiance to the Flag;

   (C)   Roll call;

   (D)   Establishment of quorum;

   (E)   The reading and approval (with corrections and additions, if any) of the journal of the proceedings of the previous meeting or meetings;

   (F)   Reports and communications from the Village President and other officers:

      (1)   Treasurer (if required by a majority of the Corporate Authorities);

      (2)   Attorney;

      (3)   Engineer;

      (4)   Board of Appeals;

      (5)   Planning and Zoning Commission;

      (6)   Building Commissioner;

      (7)   Village Clerk;

   (G)   Petitions, communications, orders, resolutions, and ordinances;

   (H)   Public discussion and comments from the floor;

   (I)   Unfinished business;

   (J)   Reports of special committees;

   (K)   Reports of standing committees:

      (1)   Accounts and Finances;

      (2)   Public Safety;

      (3)   Public Property;

      (4)   Public Affairs;

      (5)   Roads and Drainage;

      (6)   Public Health;

   (L)   Adjournment.
