§ 52.041 WATER DURING CONSTRUCTION.
   Upon application to the Building Department, water may be used during initial construction of a building or structure for which an occupancy permit has not been issued subject to the payment of the fees set forth in Schedule A. This “construction water” may be used for such things as making concrete, mortar, or drywall compound, cleaning or other related uses, but shall not be used to irrigate grass or other vegetation, landscaping, settling of driveways, sidewalks, foundations, garage floors or other similar uses. The village may immediately terminate the privilege of receiving construction water upon the improper use of the same.
