§ 52.024 TURNING ON WATER SUPPLY.
   Water shall not be turned on into the supply pipe of any building in which the plumbing and drainage systems have been altered until such plumbing and drainage system conform in all respects to the ordinances of the village including payment of all applicable charges. However, water may be turned on for periods of 24 hours to permit a licensed plumber to test all work if it can be accomplished without risk to users of the system.
