§ 52.022 CONNECTION OF PROPERTY OUTSIDE CORPORATE LIMITS.
   (A)   Any area lying outside the corporate limits of the village may, if approved by the Corporate Authorities, be connected to the system.
   (B)   The owner of any property lying outside the corporate limits of the village may make application to connect his property to the system. The application must be made to the Director and must be accompanied by a clear an exact description of the premises and the character and location of the connection sought to be made. No person shall cause any such connection to be made without such a permit and without payment of the applicable connections charge.
   (C)   The Corporate Authorities shall issue a permit for such connection only where it can be made in accordance with applicable provisions of this chapter.
