§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter except § 51.02 shall be served by the village with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations. The village may revoke any permit for sewage disposal as a result of any violation of any provision of this chapter.
   (B)   Any violation of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 and not more than $500 for each offense. Each day that a violation shall continue to exist shall be considered as a separate offense. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the village by reasons of such violation.
