§ 70.13 APPLICATIONS FOR TRAILER PARKING PERMITS.
   Every person desiring a trailer parking permit shall file an application with the Chief of Police, or designee, containing the following:
   (A)   The name, address and phone number of the registered owner and applicant of the trailer.
   (B)    The license number, make and model of trailer.
   (C)   The dates for which the permit is requested.
   (D)   The location where the trailer will be parked.
   (E)   The dates and duration of any and all trailer parking permits issued to the applicant within the immediately preceding 90-day period.
   (F)   Additional information the Chief of Police, or designee, may reasonably require.
