§ 51.43 SIZE, SLOPE, ALIGNMENT, AND MATERIALS OF CONSTRUCTION.
   The size, slope, alignment, materials of construction of a building sewer, and the methods to be used in excavating, placing of the pipe, jointing, testing, and backfilling the trench, shall all conform to the requirements of the building and plumbing code or other applicable rules and regulations of the village. Sewer service pipe shall be Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) pipe, D-3034, SDR-26, six-inch minimum diameter. The sewer line exiting the structure shall be a minimum of four inch, class 52 Ductile Iron pipe and extend a minimum of ten feet past the foundation wall. A caulder (rubber mission) coupling with stainless steel bands shall be used to connect the four inch Ductile Iron pipe to the six inch SDR-26 PVC.
