(A) The Director and such other agents and/or employees as designated by the Corporate Authorities shall have the supervision, management and control of the maintenance and operation of the system.
(B) The Director shall have the supervision over all buildings and equipment used and the furnishings of sewer service in the village, and shall see that the sewer system is operated properly, efficiently and economically. In this regard, it shall be the duty of the Director and all employees and agents of said department to enforce all of the provisions of this chapter and to observe, obey and carry out the orders and directions of the Corporate Authorities. The Director shall prepare and keep in his or her office a complete atlas of the sewer works system together with all pipe, manholes, pump station, and treatment plant locations.
