§ 38.18 LIMITATIONS IMPOSED TO AVOID DISRUPTION.
   The President and Board of Trustees, in order to avoid disruptions and to maintain the solemnity of their meeting, may in their discretion, limit the number of persons allowed to tape a particular meeting.
