(A) Individuals must provide their own energy source to operate their equipment. Electricity will not be provided by the village.
(B) All recording equipment must be of a type that will operate quietly and unobtrusively so as not to disturb or disrupt the meeting.
(C) No artificial lighting may be used in conjunction with the recording of a meeting.
