Any individual who has properly completed the application required by this subchapter may return to record additional meetings by giving oral notice to the Village Clerk within the time period prescribed by this subchapter without the necessity of filing a written application provided, however, that if an individual does not exercise his taping rights for a period of three consecutive months, such individual must again file a written application with the office of the Village Clerk.
