§ 38.01 REQUEST FOR ACCESS TO RECORDS.
   The Village Administrator is hereby designated as the Village Freedom of Information Act Officer. All requests for public records are to be made to the Village Administrator. Such requests must be made in writing. The Village Administrator may delegate his or her duties to a deputy or deputies designated to receive and process requests for public records.
