3-2-15: REJECTION OF BIDS:
By majority action of the city council, the city shall have the right to reject any or all bids and solicit bidders again as herein provided, if, in the opinion of the city council, the best interests of the people of the city and the state would be served by so doing. (1985 Code § 7-316)
