3-2-12: TIME FOR RECEIVING BIDS:
Any bid received by the city or an officer or employee thereof, more than ninety six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, before the time set for the opening of bids, or any bid so received after the time set for opening of bids, shall not be considered by the city and shall be returned unopened to the bidder submitting same. (1985 Code § 7-312)
