3-2-3: BIDDING; ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
   A.   Bidding Requirement: See section 3-1-5 of this title regarding competitive bidding. (Ord. 2008-03, 5-13-2008)
   B.   Contract, Bonds, Insurance:
      1.   No work shall be commenced until a written contract is executed and all required bonds and insurance have been provided by the contractor to the city.
      2.   All insurance or bonds shall be secured from an insurance or indemnity carrier licensed to do business in the state. (1985 Code § 7-303; amd. 2003 Code)
