ORDINANCE NO. 2020-01
AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM CLASSIFICATION R-1 (SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT) TO CLASSIFICATION R-2 (GENERAL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT), REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND REGULATIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHANDLER, OKLAHOMA:
Section 1. That the following described real estate be rezoned and reclassified from R-1, (Single Family Dwelling District), to R-2, (General Residential District):
Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4) and Lots Twenty-one (21),
Twenty-two (22), Twenty-three (23), and Twenty-four (24) in Block 81,
City of Chandler, Oklahoma, LESS AND EXCEPT all oil, gas,
and other minerals.
Section 2. That all ordinances and zoning regulations in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That the provisions of this ordinance are severable and if any part or provision hereof shall be held void by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect or impair any of the remaining parts or provisions of this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance will take effect thirty days after its passage as provided by law.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Chandler, Oklahoma, this 12th day of May, 2020 by a vote of 3 in favor and none opposed.
