3-1-16: INCURRING INDEBTEDNESS:
   A.   As provided for in article 10, section 26 of the Oklahoma constitution, the city is prohibited from becoming indebted in any manner for any purpose in an amount exceeding the amount appropriated by the city council for such purpose, without voter approval. (Ord. 2008-03, 5-13-2008)
