4-5-2: RETAIL MEDICAL MARIJUANA DISPENSARIES:

A. All operators of retail medical marijuana dispensaries are required to obtain a Retail Medical Marijuana Dispensary permit from the Municipal Clerk.

B. The Retail Medical Marijuana Dispensary permit fee shall be six hundred dollars ($600.00) per year. The fee shall be used to offset municipal expenses covering costs related to licensing, inspection, administration and enforcement of retail medical marijuana dispensaries. (Ord. 2018-05, 9-20-2018)
