A. The Chandler golf course advisory board shall act only in an advisory capacity to the mayor, city council, city manager and the superintendent of the Chandler city golf course. Said board will have no responsibilities for the supervision, promotion, demotion, or dismissal of any golf course employees or golf course vendors. The board will develop recommendations and planning on the expansion of the course, funding for the expansion, new services at the course, and the addition of any new facilities and equipment consistent with the community needs.
