2-5-5: OFFICERS:
   A.   The board members shall, when so appointed, elect one of their number chairman, another vice chairman, and another secretary. Then, at the first board meeting in the month of July of each year or as soon thereafter as practicable. (Ord. 2005-04, 8-1-2005)
