A. The Chandler golf course advisory board members will be appointed for twenty four (24) months. At the conclusion of the twenty four (24) month period, the city council will determine if the board should be reappointed for additional service.
B. Cause For Removal: Should any member miss three (3) consecutive regular meetings of the Chandler golf course advisory board, the remaining members shall immediately report such fact to the city council, at which time the city council may remove said member at its discretion. Violation of the city of Chandler's conflict of interest policy shall be cause for immediate removal from office.
C. Filling Vacancy: Any vacancy which may occur through death, resignation, removal, or otherwise shall be filled for the unexpired term in the manner hereinabove provided. (Ord. 2005-04, 8-1-2005)
