The term "park property" includes all parks, street parkings, and all buildings, structures, improvements, seats, benches, foundations, boats, floats, walks, drives, roads, trees, plants, herbages, flowers, and other things thereon, and the enclosures of the same, and all trees on streets or thoroughfares, resting places, water stations, playgrounds, or the like, and all boulevards, parkways, roads, or drives between parks.
