2-3-6: COMPENSATION; CITY RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURIES:

All members of the emergency management agency created hereunder shall serve without compensation. The city shall be responsible as required by law for any personal injury received by any member of such agency while acting in the line of duty. (1985 Code § 13-307; amd. 2003 Code)
