In order to promote the health, safety, and general welfare of present and future residents, and to bring about the coordinated, efficient, and economic development of the city, the following regulations for the subdividing and developing of land within its corporate limits are adopted by ordinance passed by the city council under the authority granted by 11 Oklahoma Statutes section 41-101 et seq.
