1-11-3: PROCESS OF ESTABLISHING A COVERED ACCOUNT:
   A.   As a precondition to opening a covered account in the city, each applicant shall provide the city with personal identifying information of the customer as may be reasonably requested by the employee opening said account. Such information shall be entered directly into the city's computer system. All applications are kept in a locking file cabinet and only authorized city personnel will have access to these files.
   B.   Each account shall be assigned an account number. A password will be added to the account upon customer's request. (Ord. 2009-03, 4-14-2009)
