For the purpose of this title, the city is hereby divided into districts, as follows:

   Agricultural Districts

      AG-1   Agricultural district

      AG-2   Agricultural district

   Residential Districts

      R-1   Single-family dwelling district

      R-2   General residential district

      RE   Rural estate district

   Commercial Districts

      C-1   Neighborhood commercial shopping district

      C-2   General commercial district

      HC   Highway commercial district

   Industrial Districts

      I-1   Limited warehousing and industrial district

      I-2   General industrial district

   Other

      F   Floodplain district
